Ari has been successfully building and scaling global organizations on three continents for two decades through strategic planning, complex problem solving, and team empowerment.
During his career, Ari has led change and growth for multi-multinationals such as Bloomberg LP, CitiGroup Europe, Ford Motors Europe, and Vivendi Universal, as well as led a global transformation program for Colt Telecom (FTSE: COLT), impacting their thirteen-country $2Bn operations. He has scaled a US manufacturer from $5 million to $150 million, and has also successfully revived and chaired a national non profit for Epilepsy in Israel.
Motivated by solving complex problems, Ari also founded a mental fitness digital startup designed to optimize human thought and behavior partnering with globally recognized mental health experts to create unique and disruptive cognitive and behavioral models and frameworks. Ari applies these approaches today working with his mentoring and coaching clients.
When Ari is not mentoring or coaching, he spends his time as CEO of Mind Media helping high impact brands and organizations to grow and scale through brand development and value creation solutions.
